Rumanyika Orugundu lies in Kishanda valley in Kagera region , near the Rwandes and Ugandan borders.It covers an area of 800 kilometer squares.The close set game reserve is Ibanda. Rumanyika game reserve harbors large concentration of wildlife.It is rich in such wildlife as elephantedae , red buck , top,eland,water buck ,hertebest ,zebra ,dike , buffalo , bush buck ,lion and hippopotamus.
